Working Rolls

Sendzimir mill, also known as 20-roller mill, is widely applied to cold rolling. Due to the tower layout of the roll system, the roll system has good rigidity. Because of small diameter of the work roll, it is mainly applied to rolling of difficult-to-form metal such as stainless steel, silicon steel and alloy steel, and thin strip steel (0.001mm). 96% of stainless steel strip is made by this kind of rolling mill.

Peeling or crack is caused by higher hardness of roller due to high thermal shock resistance.
